Mark Johnson, President of LRES and lifelong music enthusiast, has the honor of interviewing some of the most prolific musicians of all time. As we all know, 2020 was a year of challenge for all of us – in so many ways, and often in very personal ways. 2020 was a year of separation. We were separated physically, socially and politically.  So, we challenged ourselves. The LRES team sought to bring something to the forefront that nearly all of us have in common, something that tends to find a way to bring us together. After a bit of discussion, the answer became obvious – our common love of, and appreciation for, music.  With that as the goal, the Backstage Pass series was born.

LRES is sponsoring a series of interviews with music superstars. Having spent much of my youth in Los Angeles I have been incredibly fortunate to meet and spend time with truly great musicians, song writers and producers. We have invited them to spend time with us, and you, to share a little of their career journey, and perhaps a few notes. You simply cannot listen to music very long without hearing one or more of these people. These artists have truly participated in the soundtrack of each of our lives.

So, in case you were unable to join us for the live interviews, we’ve create a music archive for you to enjoy, at your leisure.
